Recover interrupted work
Continue from Avori's recorded project state without pretending that unfinished or unverified work is complete.
Use this guide with Avori
Open Avori, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Avori does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.
If nothing opens, start Avori normally. The written steps still work.
Before you start
- Reopen the same project that was active before the interruption.
- Keep the project files in their original location when possible.
Plan and model funding
Loading recorded progress and recovery controls does not use model funding. Continuing a model request uses the funding source shown before you send it.
Say this in ordinary language
Show me what Avori last verified for this project and the next recorded step. Do not continue automatically.
Steps

Reopen Avori and select the same project.
What you should see: The Welcome back card shows a bounded summary, recorded evidence count, and suggested next step when available.

Read what was verified and what remains unfinished.
What you should see: Avori does not label an interrupted or unverified step complete.

Choose Continue only if the summary matches the project. Otherwise choose Archive & start fresh.
What you should see: Starting fresh asks for confirmation and offers an immediate restore of the archived resume.

For a paused Loop or saved video job, use Resume or reopen the same project and follow the saved status.
What you should see: Avori continues the recorded work instead of sending a duplicate request.
What Avori may change
Continuing restores recorded Avori context for the selected project. Archiving changes only the resume view, not the game files.
How to verify it worked
The resumed next step matches the correct project and any previously verified result remains distinguishable from unfinished work.
Undo or recover
Use Restore immediately after archiving a resume, or stop the resumed workflow through its visible control.
Common problems
- If the summary belongs to another project, stop and switch projects.
- If the Hub is unavailable, choose Retry now after restarting Avori rather than recreating the project.
