Supabase sign-in time is authentication history, not product activity: a user who stays signed in can use Avori repeatedly without another sign-in. Installed Avori launch/activity/version fields are the product-use evidence. Avori does not store prompts, project content, paths, or device fingerprints here. Historical fields that were never recorded remain unknown—not zero.

Provider credit
Avori's own provider accounts for hosted models (not customer balances). Prepaid providers (Anthropic, OpenAI and Kimi today): estimated remaining = recorded balance − Avori's exact provider spend since that date (Kimi's balance is read from its API each night when available). Alerts go to the admin email at 30%, 15% and 5% left, and under 3 days left. A provider with no recorded balance is not watched. A provider billed monthly after the fact (Google (Gemini) today) has no balance: set a monthly budget and Avori alerts at 70%, 90% and 100% of it, and when this month's projected spend exceeds it.

Set a monthly budget
For a provider that is invoiced monthly (Google (Gemini) today), Avori tracks this month's spend against a budget you choose. The budget applies to every month until you change it. Google Cloud can also email its own budget alerts: set up Cloud Billing budget alerts ↗
Record a top-up
Use the Billing setting on a provider's panel to switch it. For prepaid providers: enter the balance the provider console shows after topping up, and the date. The estimate restarts from this amount.
